摘要

以壳聚糖为原料,丙烯酰胺和2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸为单体,利用水溶液聚合法对壳聚糖接枝丙烯酰胺/2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸吸水性树脂进行研究。通过单因素试验和正交试验讨论和优化壳聚糖用量、单体质量比、引发剂用量、交联剂用量和反应温度等因素对树脂吸水倍率的影响。

Abstract

The absorbent resin was studied with chitosan as material,acrylamide and 2-acrylamide-2-methyl-propanesulfonic acid as monomers in water solution.The affecting factors of the mass ratio of monomers,the amount of chitosan,the amount of initiator,the amount of crosslinking agent and reaction temperature on superabsorbent resin were investigated by single factor experiment and orthogonal experiment.
