以乙酰乙酸乙酯和间苯二酚为原料,通过佩克曼(Pechmann)缩合反应,在催化条件下制备4-甲基-7-羟基类香豆素。在冰乙酸中,使六次甲基四胺与4-甲基-7-羟基类香豆素反应,控制反应温度为90℃,得到4-甲基-7-羟基-8-醛基类香豆素,制备的产品进一步与乙二胺在无水条件下反应生成荧光探针乙二胺缩-8-醛基类香豆素(L1配体)。利用荧光光谱和紫外-可见吸收光谱对L1配体进行表征,结果表明加入Co2+离子的L1配体紫外光谱有明显的变化,其荧光光谱发生猝灭。此探针可用于检测微量Co2+离子。
Using ethyl acetoacetate and resorcinol as raw materials,4-methyl-7-hydroxyl coumarin was prepared by Pechmann condensation reaction.In glacial acetic acid,6-methyl 4-amine and 4-methyl-7-hydroxy coumarin reacted to obtain 4-methyl-7-hydroxy aldehyde base-8-coumarin,controlled the reaction temperature at 90℃.Fluorescence probe ethylamine-8-aldehyde coumarin (L1) was generated through ethylenediamine.From fluorescence and UV spectra,after adding Co2+,the UV spectra of L1 ligand had obvious changed and the fluorescence intensity was sensitive to the response of Co2+ in different chemical environments.It can be used to detect Co2+.
