摘要
采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了掺铝氧化锌/还原氧化石墨烯(AZO/rGO)薄膜,研究了不同还原氧化石墨烯(rGO)的添加量对薄膜结构和光电性能的影响。采用四探针方块电阻仪测量样品的电学性能,XRD检测薄膜晶体结构,SEM研究薄膜表面形貌,U4100分光光度计检测光学透过率。研究发现,热处理温度为500℃时,AZO/rGO薄膜样品的电阻率随着rGO含量的上升,先减小后增大;当添加量为0.04%(wt,质量分数)时,电学性能最优,样品(002)衍射峰强度最大。光学透过率随着rGO增多而减小,但幅度很小。而热处理温度为530℃时,随着rGO含量的增大,薄膜样品的电阻率逐渐增大,可见光透过率同样有所下降。
Abstract
Aluminum-doped zinc oxide thin films were synthesized by sol-gel method.The effects of the reduced graphene oxide concentration in the AZO sol on the composite film's structural,optical and electrical properties were investigated by four probe square resistor,XRD,SEM,and U4100 ultraviolet-visible spectrometry.It was found that at the heat treatment 500℃,the resistivity increased first and then decrease with increasing rGO concentration.The best resistivity was got with the concentration being 0.04wt.%,meanwhile the samples showed the highest (002) peak intensity.The optical transmittance decreased with increasing the rGO ratio,but the changing range was small.In addition,when the composite film was heated at 530℃,the resistivity monotonically increased with increasing the rGO concentration,the visible light transmittance also decreased with a small extent.
