摘要
以1,3,5-三氟丙基-1,3,5-三甲基环三硅氧烷、四甲基四乙烯基环四硅氧烷为原料,四甲基二乙烯基二硅氧烷为封端剂,自制催化剂,制得性能优异的氟硅橡胶,以此生胶为基胶,制得氟硅混炼橡胶,讨论了合成氟硅橡胶的最佳工艺,分析了氟硅橡胶的疏水性、耐油性和力学性能。结果表明:氟硅橡胶生胶合成最佳反应温度110℃,反应时间60min,氟硅橡胶涂覆于玻璃表面对水的静态接触角可以达到137.49°,疏水效果良好,氟硅混炼橡胶具有很好的耐热稳定性、耐油性和优异的力学性能。
Abstract
1,3,5-trifluoropropyl-1,3,5-three methyl siloxane and four methyl four vinyl ring four siloxane used as raw materials,four methyl divinyl two siloxane for the end capping agent and the homemade catalyst,fluorine silicone rubber with excellent performance was prepared.Then the raw rubber used as base gum,the fluorosilicone mixing rubber was prepared.The best synthesis technology of was discussed,analyzed the hydrophobic,oil resistance and mechanical properties of fluorosilicone rubber.The results showed that the the best reaction temperature of fluorosilicone rubber raw glue was 110℃,reaction time 60min,the water static contact angle of fluorosilicone coating on glass surface may reach 137.49°.The hydrophobic effect was good,the fluorine and silicon mixing rubber with good heat stability,oil resistance and excellent mechanical properties.
