摘要

以香草醛、糠胺和多聚甲醛为原料,成功制备了含乙烯基双苯并噁嗪(ViBz)单体,并通过核磁共振氢谱与红外光谱对结构进行了表征。研究了ViBz单体的紫外光效应和热固化,并通过热重测试分析了紫外固化与热固化的热稳定性。结果表明:ViBz单体中的乙烯基在紫外光(365nm)照射下可发生反应,而糠胺结构中的双键和ViBz单体中GFDA1嗪环却稳定存在。紫外照射后样品在加热过程中,GFDA1嗪环开环形成具有较好热稳定性的苯并噁嗪树脂(PViBz)。进一步讨论了紫外光效应和热固化对PViBz树脂热稳定性能的影响。

Abstract

Vinyl-containing dibenzoxazine(ViBz) was synthesized by using vanillin,furfurylamine and paraformaldehyde.And its structure was characterized by 1H-NMR and FT-IR.The UV effect and thermal curing of ViBz monomer were studied.Their thermal stability was analyzed by TG.The results showed that the vinyl group in ViBz monomer reacted under UV light (365nm),but the double bond in furfurylamine and oxazine ring was stable.After UV irradiation,the oxazine rings were opened during the heating process to form polybenzoxazine (PViBz) with good thermal stability.The effects of UV-light and heat-curing on the thermal stability of PViBz were discussed.
