腈氧固化技术是固化推进剂用粘合剂的一种新型固化技术。从分子设计的角度出发,利用含烯基高分子与腈氧化物在低温下发生1,3-偶极环加成反应,设计开发了可低温固化的粘合剂三嵌段烯基聚醚。结果表明,四甲基对苯二腈氧化物在室温下可与三嵌段烯基聚醚粘合剂交联固化,固化后形成的弹性体具有良好的热稳定性能。
The curing technology of nitrile oxide is a new curing technology for the curing of propellant binders.From the perspective of molecular design,a triblockallyl polyether is developed by utilizing 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction of allyl polymer and nitrile oxide.The results showed that tetramethyl-terephthalobisnitrileoxide(TTNO) can curing the triblockallyl polyether under room temperature and the elastomer exhibited a good thermal stability.
