摘要

纳米ZnO因其优良的特性而在光催化、橡胶、医药和化妆品行业等方面有广泛的应用。采用水热法、直接沉淀法、固相法和溶胶-凝胶法等4种方法制备了纳米ZnO。利用X射线衍射仪对试样进行物相分析,使用jade软件进行数据分析,并计算分析样品的平均粒径,结果显示样品的粒径均小于50nm。使用甲基蓝和甲基橙作为光催化对象进行纳米ZnO的光催化实验,检测不同制备方法对所制纳米ZnO在阳光照射下光催化能力大小的影响,并通过紫外-可见分光光度计测试实验前后试剂的吸光度。结果表明纳米ZnO能催化甲基蓝和甲基橙褪色,且对甲基蓝的脱色效果更为显著。

Abstract

Because of its excellent properties,the nano ZnO have a lot of applications in photocatalysis,rubber,medicine and cosmetics.Four methods were employed to prepare nano ZnO,including hydrothermal method,direct precipitation method,solid phase method and sol-gel method.The samples from the above methods were charactered by XRD instrument.The data was analyzed by using jade software and the average particle size were calculated.The results showed that the particle size was less than 50nm.Using methylene blue and methyl orange as testing agent for photocatalytic experiment of nano ZnO,the catalytic ability of nano ZnO by different preparation methods were determined in the sun light.The absorbance of the reagent before and after the experiment was tested by UV-Vis spectrophotometer.The results showed that the nano ZnO could catalyze the discoloration of methyl blue and methyl orange,and the discoloration effect of methyl blue was more significant.
