摘要

通过共混法制备含氟苯丙聚合物/二茂铁(FPSA/Fc)复合涂层。利用二茂铁氧化还原特性,对FPSA/Fc复合涂层进行氧化,在复合涂层表面形成囊泡;再对氧化涂层进行加热干燥,在水分挥发及表面张力作用下,囊泡被破坏,在复合涂层表面形成微孔,提高了涂层的粗糙度,从而提高复合涂层的疏水性能。透射电镜(TEM)和粒径测试结果证实,制备的复合乳液存在着二茂铁聚集体和表面吸附了二茂铁的乳胶粒两种形态,二茂铁的加入降低了复合乳液的粒径。扫描电镜(SEM)测试结果证实了氧化反应促使涂层表面囊泡的形成和破坏。水接触角(WCA)和热重分析(TGA)测试结果显示,氧化反应提高了复合涂层的疏水性能及热稳定性能。

Abstract

The fluorine containing poly (styrene-acrylate)/ferrocene (FPSA/Fc) composite materials were prepared by directly mixing method.The vesicles were formed after the oxidation of composite film and destroyed after heating,resulted in the formation of micropore on the surface of composite film,then increasing the roughness and hydrophobicity of composite film.The transmission electron microscopy (TEM) and particle size results confirmed that ferrocene aggregates and latexes existed in composite emulsions and the particle size were reduced after the addition of ferrocene.The scanning electron microscope (SEM) photos indicated that the formation and damage of vesicles were induced by oxidation.The water contact angle (WAC) results and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) curves demonstrated that the hydrophobicity and thermal stability were improved because of the oxidation.
