摘要

双酚A型苯并GFDA1嗪(BOZ)与改性双马来酰亚胺(m-BMI)以不同比例共混制备了m-BMI/BOZ浇铸体及其玻璃纤维复合材料,研究了m-BMI/BOZ树脂体系的固化特性和力学性能。结果表明,m-BMI/BOZ树脂体系的凝胶时间随m-BMI含量的增加而缩短。体系固化过程中出现两个放热峰,其特征固化峰值温度随m-BMI含量的增加而降低。浇铸体和层压板的弯曲强度、弯曲模量和冲击强度随m-BMI含量的提高显著增强。

Abstract

The bisphenol A based benzoxazine (BOZ) and the modified bismaleimide (m-BMI) were blended in various proportions,and the m-BMI/BOZ casting body and its glass fiber composites was prepared,and the curing characteristics and mechanical properties of m-BMI/BOZ resin systems were studied.The results showed that the gel time of m-BMI/BOZ was shortened with the increase of m-BMI content.The curing reaction of m-BMI/BOZ had two exothermic peak,and the peak temperature of typical curing exotherm was decreased with increasing m-BMI content.The flexural strength,flexural modulus and impact strength of casting body and laminate increased significantly with increasing m-BMI content.
