半芳香尼龙作为高性能工程塑料的一类,因具有耐高温、易加工、耐化学腐蚀性、高强度、吸水率低等特点而备受关注,此类工程塑料大多为国外大公司垄断生产。半芳香尼龙的共聚改性是耐高温尼龙的研究热点,其中聚对苯二甲酰己二胺(PA6T)作为半芳香尼龙的代表,受到了学者的关注。PA6T是半芳香族共聚酰胺中成本较为低廉,原料容易获得,应用较为广泛的一种耐热性材料。纯PA6T的缺点是熔点高于分解温度。因此,许多学者对PA6T共聚物的制备方法及性能进行了研究,PA6T共聚物的改性是耐高温尼龙的热点之一。
As a kind of high-performance engineering plastics,semi-aromatic nylon has attracted much attention due to its characteristics of high temperature resistance,easy labor,chemical corrosion resistance,high strength and low water absorption.Most of these engineering plastics are monopolized by large foreign companies.The copolymerization modification of semi-aromatic nylon is a research hotspot of high temperature resistant nylon.Among them,poly(p-phenylene hexamethylenediamine)(PA6T) is a representative of semi-aromatic nylon and has attracted the attention of scholars.In semi-aromatic copolyamide,PA6T is a heat-resistant material which is relatively inexpensive,easy to obtain raw materials and widely using.A disadvantage of pure PA6T is that the melting point is above the decomposition temperature.Therefore,many scholars have studied the preparation methods and properties of PA6T copolymers.The modification of PA6T copolymer is one of the hot spots of high temperature resistant nylon.
