摘要

以熟桐油为消光剂制备了硅酮密封胶,考察了熟桐油含量对硅酮密封胶基本性能及光泽度的影响。采用扫描电子显微镜对熟桐油添加前后硅酮密封胶的表面形貌进行表征,并分析硅酮密封胶表面形貌差异的原因。结果表明,随着熟桐油含量的增加,硅酮密封胶基本性能变化不大,但其消光效果得到明显改善。

Abstract

Silicone sealant was prepared by adding cooked tung oil as matting agent.The effect of cooked tung oil content on the basic properties and glossiness of silicone sealant was investigated.The comparison between silicone sealant without cooked tung oil and silicone seal with tung oil was studied by SEM.The results showed that with the increase of the content of tung oil in a certain range,the basic properties of silicone sealant changed little,and its extinction effect could be improved obviously.
