通过流延成膜法制备壳聚糖(CS)阴离子交换膜,并利用热塑性聚氨酯(TPU)导电无纺布进行修饰改性,制备了高性能CS阴离子交换膜。通过万能材料试验机、绝缘电阻测试仪、热重分析仪(TG)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对CS阴离子交换膜的性能和结构进行表征。结果表明:改性后,CS膜表面光滑致密,无气泡,TPU导电无纺布与CS间界面结合良好;TPU导电无纺布的引入显著提高了CS阴离子交换膜的拉伸强度、模量和断裂韧性;与CS相比,TPU导电无纺布改性CS膜的热稳定性和导电性能提高,膜电阻降低。
Chitosan(CS) anion-exchange membranes were prepared by a casting method and modified by thermoplastic polyurethane(TPU) conductive nonwovens to prepare high performance CS anion exchange membranes.The morphology and properties were analyzed by electronic universal testing machine,insulation resistance tester,thermogravimetric analyzer (TG) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM).The results were as follows:modified CS anion-exchange membrane exhibited smooth and compact surface with no bubbles.The interfacial adhension between TPU nonwoven and CS was strong.The introduction of TPU conductive nonwoven significantly improved the tensile strength,modulus and toughness of CS.Both the thermal stability and electrical conductivity of CS membrane were all enhanced after modification.
