摘要

向聚左旋乳酸/聚右旋乳酸(PLLA/PDLA)共混物中添加成核剂苯基磷酸锌(TMC-210)来调控其结晶行为。采用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)和广角X-ray衍射仪系统表征不同结晶条件下成核剂对PLLA/PDLA共混物结晶行为的影响。结果表明:成核剂TMC-210对PLLA/PDLA共混物中的立构晶(SC晶)有促进成核作用,最佳含量为0.8%(wt,质量分数,下同);PLLA/PDLA在高于150℃条件下等温10min,无晶体形成,0.8% TMC-210的加入显著提高了PLLA/PDLA共混物在高温下SC晶的结晶速度,在170℃等温时SC晶的半结晶时间为0.84min;在升降温的结晶过程中,PLLA/PDLA/TMC样品最终SC晶的含量高于PLLA/PDL样品,表明成核剂TMC在促进PLLA/PDLA共混物中SC晶的形成效果显著。

Abstract

The crystallization behavior of PLLA/PDLA blends was regulated by adding phenyl zinc phosphate (TMC-210) nucleating agent.The effect of nucleating agent on the crystallization behavior of blends was studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and wide angle X-ray diffractometer(WAXD).The results showed that the TMC-210 had nucleation effect on the stereo complex crystals of blends,and the best content was 0.8wt%.There was no formation of crystals when PLLA/PDLA were isothermally crystallization above 150℃for 10min.However,the addition of TMC-210 (0.8wt%) significantly increased thecrystallization rate of stereo complex crystals of blends at high temperatures and the half-crystallization time of stereo complex crystals at 170℃ was 0.84min.Moreover,during the heating and cooling,the final content of stereo complex crystals of PLLA/PDLA/TMC sample was higher than that of PLLA/PDLA sample.The above results suggest that the TMC-210 nucleating agent can significantly prompted the formation of stereo complex crystals in PLLA/PDLA blend.
