摘要

以1,3-二溴金刚烷与N-(2-乙基己基)-2,7-咔唑为主要原料,经NiI2催化的Suzuki偶联反应合成了分子量(数均)在2900~3600的链式(2,7-咔唑)-金刚烷共聚物。采用红外光谱、核磁共振谱、热分析、紫外吸收光谱和荧光光谱等方法对聚合物进行结构表征与性能测试。结果表明:一定量的金刚烷基团引入聚咔唑,有助于抑制链间聚集,改善了共聚物的热稳定性,初始分解温度406~415℃,玻璃化转变温度可升高13℃。这种共聚物还具有较高的荧光量子效率(0.81~0.84)和良好的色纯度,是一种非常有应用前景的新型蓝光发射材料。

Abstract

By using 1,3-dibromoadamantane and N-(2-ethylhexyl)-2,7-carbazole as the main raw materials,the chain (2,7-carbazole)-adamantane copolymer was synthesized by NiI2-catalyzed Suzuki coupling reaction.The number average molecular weight of copolymer was in the range of 2900~3600.The structure and performance of polymer were tested by FT-IR,1H-NMR,thermal analysis,UV absorption and fluorescence spectra.The results showed that the introduction of a certain amount of adamantane group into polycarbazole inhibited the interchain aggregation and improved the thermal stability of copolymer.The initial decomposition temperature of copolymer was 406~415℃,and the glass transition temperature was increased by 13℃.The copolymer also had a very high fluorescence quantum efficiency (0.81~0.84) and good color purity,and was a promising new type of blue emitting material.
