摘要
以高纯石墨为原料,通过改进的Hummers法制备氧化石墨,分别以硼氢化钠、水合肼、乙二醇和抗坏血酸作为还原剂,制备了不同的片状石墨烯。通过X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、热重分析进行表征,利用电化学工作站对4种还原剂所制石墨烯的循环伏安、交流阻抗和塔菲尔曲线进行研究。结果表明:硼氢化钠还原氧化石墨效果较好,片层光滑,具有一定的网状结构,含氧官能团较少,具有较好的电化学性能。
Abstract
Using high pure graphite as raw material,graphite oxide was synthesized by improved hummers method,and it was reduced by sodium borohydride,hydrazine hydrate,ethylene glycol and ascorbic acid respectively,then different sheet graphenes were prepared.They were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD),scanning electron microscope (SEM) and thermogravimetric analysis (TG).The electrochemical performances of four kinds graphene were investigated by the cyclic voltammograms (CV),Tafel polarization and the electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) through electrochemical workstation.The results showed that the grapheme reduced by sodium borohydride was good.Its film was smooth and had a certain network structure.And this graphene had less oxygen functional groups,and had better electrochemical performance.
