摘要

以1,3-丙烷磺内酯、三甲胺或三乙胺为主要原料制备了系列具有Brønsted酸性的4种离子液体。采用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)和核磁共振(NMR)对离子液体进行了结构和酸性表征。并将其用于催化甲醇与油酸的酯化反应。研究结果表明,制得的4种离子液体的催化活性都较为优越,在反应温度60℃,反应时间3h,制得的离子液体N-(3-磺酸基)丙基三甲胺硫酸氢盐([TMPSA][HSO4])用量为7.5%(wt,质量分数),醇酸摩尔配合比8∶1的条件下,[TMPSA][HSO4]对醇酸酯化反应的转化率可达97.17%,且离子液体循环使用5次后,仍能保持较高的催化活性。

Abstract

Four functionalized Brønsted acidic ionic liquids were synthesized by using 1,3-propanesultone and tri-methylamine or tri-ethylamine as starting materials,and the structures and acidities of these ionic liquids were characterized by infrared spectromet (FT-IR) and nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR).The ionic liquid was used to catalyze the esterification reaction of oleic acid with methyl.The resuits indicated that The ionic liquid showed high catalytic activity and when the reaction temperature 60℃,the reaction time 3h,the mole ratio of 8∶1,the reaction conditions of catalyst was 7.5wt%,the yield of ethyl oleate could reach 97.17%.The ionic liquid can still retain high catalytic activity after reusing for at least 5 times.
