摘要
以偏钛酸、碳酸锂和葡萄糖为原料,采用高温固相法制得炭包裹钛酸锂(Li4Ti5O12/C)复合材料,采用X-射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜对制得的产物进行表征,最后将制得的Li4Ti5O12/C复合材料组装成CR2016扣式电池,并对锂离子电池的性能进行测试。结果表明,锂钛摩尔配合比在1.00∶0.86~1.00∶0.90范围内,煅烧温度800℃,煅烧8h,葡萄糖加入量为10%(wt,质量分数),电流倍率分别为0.1C和5C条件下,比容量分别达到168mAh/g和128mAh/g,制得的Li4Ti5O12/C复合材料的电学性能良好。
Abstract
Using metatitanic acid and lithium carbonate as raw materials,lithium ion battery cathode material Li4Ti5O12/C was prepared by high-temperature solid method.The effects of molar ratio of Li to Ti,reaction temperature and reaction time were investigated respectively.The prepared lithium titanate was characterized by XRD and SEM for the structure and morphology and the battery performance through assembling CR2016 lithium ion button battery was tested.Results showed that Li4Ti5O12/C can be obtained when the molar ratio of Li to Ti was in the range of 1.00∶0.86 to1.00∶0.90,the glucose added 10wt%,and the reaction temperature 800℃ after 8h reaction.The products had good electrical properties.Under the current rate of 0.1C and 5C,the specific capacity reached 168mAh/g and 128mAh/g respectively.
