摘要
采用一步合成工艺制备了可直接湿法纺丝的三聚氰胺纤维纺丝原液,研究了原料配比、反应时间、质量分数、反应温度等工艺条件对纺丝原液成纤性、贮存稳定性及纤维性能的影响。研究表明,在甲醛与三聚氰胺摩尔比为2.5、固含量70%(质量分数)、反应温度90℃、反应时间300min的优化工艺条件下,纺丝原液可直接湿法纺丝,50℃贮存时间超过100h,纤维拉伸强度为1.92cN/dtex、断裂伸长率为4.17%。
Abstract
The spinning dope of wet spinning of melamine fiber was prepared by one-step synthesis process.The effects of technological conditions such as the molar ratio of raw materials,reaction time,solid content and reaction temperature on the spinability,storage stability of spinning dope and the properties of fibers were studied.Results showed that under the optimized conditions of n(F)/n(M)=2.5,70% of solid content,reaction temperature 90℃ and reaction time 300min,the spinning dope can be directly wet spun,the storage time of spinning dope under 50℃ was more than 100h,the tensile strength and elongation at break of fiber were 1.92 cN/dtex and 4.17%,respectively.
