摘要

将有机蒙脱土(OMMT)和聚己内酰胺(PA6)切片在双螺杆挤出机中熔融共混并造粒,通过单螺杆挤出纺成大直径单丝,并检测其微观结构及性能。X射线衍射分析表明,添加OMMT有助于初生丝γ晶型的形成;扫描电镜观察显示OMMT在PA6基体中分散均匀;拉伸测试以及打结强度测试表明PA6/MMT单丝力学性能提高,OMMT添加量为4%(质量分数)时,单丝拉伸强度可提高17.1%~20.2%,打结强度可提高36.2%~39.5%。

Abstract

Organic montmorillonite and polyamide were melt blended in a twin screw extruder and granulated.Then,they were spun into large diameter monodilament by a single screw extruder.X-ray diffraction showed that the formation of γ-crystal during primary filament stage was promoted by organic montmorillonite.Scanning electron microscope showed that particles were homogeneously dispersed in PA6 matrix.Mechanical test showed that when the addition of organic montmorillonite was 4%(mass fraction),the tensile strength was increased by 17.1%~20.2%,the knot strength was increased by 36.2%~39.5%.
