摘要
研究了酚醛胺(T-31)和聚酰胺树脂(PA)固化剂、气相白炭黑、硅微粉、石棉纤维及硅烷偶联剂KH-550用量对E-51环氧树脂固化物抗压强度、弹性模量及压缩屈服应变的影响。结果表明:T-31固化剂及硅微粉用量越多,固化物的抗压强度及抗压弹性模量越高,压缩屈服应变越小,固化物的脆性越大;PA固化剂、气相白炭黑及石棉纤维用量越多,固化物的抗压强度及抗压弹性模量越小,压缩屈服应变越大,固化物的韧性越好。
Abstract
Effect of the dosage of T-31 and polyamide resin (PA) curing agents,fumed silica,silica powder,asbestos fiber and silane coupling agent (KH-550) on the compression strength,modulus of elasticity and yield strain of cured E-51epoxy resin was studied.The results showed that the more dosage of T-31 and silica powder,the higher of compression strength and modulus of elasticity,the smaller of yield strain and the bigger of brittleness,of the cured E-51 epoxy resin.The more dosage of PA,fumed silica and asbestos fiber,the smaller of compression strength and modulus of elasticity,and the bigger of yield strain and toughness,of cured E-51epoxy resin.
