夜光涂层织物是一种新型功能性织物,通过制备非织造夜光涂层织物,分析比较含相同30%(wt,质量分数)发光材料的针织夜光涂层织物与非织造夜光涂层织物的发光性能差异。借助扫描电子显微镜、荧光分光光度计、余辉亮度测试仪对织物的发光性能进行研究。结果表明:不同的织物组织对夜光涂层的发光性能具有一定的影响,非织造夜光涂层织物的发光强度优于针织夜光涂层织物,非织造夜光涂层织物的发光效率为78.1%,是针织夜光涂层织物发光效率7.91%的10倍左右。
Luminous coated fabric is a new type of functional fabric.The Luminous properties of luminous knitted coating fabric and luminous coating nonwovens,which contained the same proportion 30wt% of luminous material,were investigated and compared.The luminescent properties of fabric were studied by scanning electron microscopy,fluorescence spectrophotometer and afterglow brightness tester.The results showed that different fabric organizations had a certain effect on the luminous properties of coatings luminous fabric.The luminous intensity of nonwovens luminous coating fabric was better than knitted luminous coating fabric.In addition,the luminous efficiency of nonwoven fabric was 78.1%,which was about 10 times of the luminous efficiency of knitted coating fabric 7.91%.
