摘要

利用Bicomb软件提取石墨烯论文中的高频关键词,构建高频关键词共词矩阵和相异矩阵,并利用SPSS和UCINET软件绘制石墨烯技术知识图。结果表明:近年来关于石墨烯的研究主题可以划分为锂离子电池负极材料、石墨烯复合材料、石墨烯纳米带和电化学生物传感器应用等四大类9个小类,对石墨烯的研究现状进行论述,详细研究了主题的内涵、特征等问题,提出推动石墨烯产业创新发展的决策建议。

Abstract

High-frequency keywords of graphene papers were extracted and defined.Then it established the keyword co-word matrix and dissimilarity matrix to draw the knowledge map by means of SPSS and UCINET.The result of the knowledge map showed that graphene in China focused on 4 research themes including cathode materials for lithium ion batteries,graphene-based composite materials,graphene nanoribbons,the applications of graphene in electrochemical biosensors,which were then elaborated one by one in detail at last.The connotation and the characteristic of above mentioned research topics were discussed,which was useful to provide decision-making references for promoting the innovation and development of graphene industry.
