摘要

采用聚四氢呋喃(PTMG)与异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)预聚,通过甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEMA)封端,成功制备丙烯酸酯基为端基的聚氨酯预聚体(PUA)。以PUA低聚物作为基础树脂,与甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)单体共混进行自由基聚合,得到一系列聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)改性的聚氨酯(PU)复合材料。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱、X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜以及力学性能测试等方法对材料结构与性能进行了表征和测试。结果表明,复合材料中PU与PMMA存在一定的相分离,且相分离程度随MMA用量的增加而加剧;PMMA-PU复合材料的拉伸强度随MMA用量的增加而增大,断裂伸长率随MMA添加量的增加而降低。

Abstract

Polyurethane prepolymers terminated with acrylates(PUA) were synthesized from the reaction between the prepolymers prepared by diisocyanate(IPDI) with poly-tetrahydrofuran(PTMG) and functional agent 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA).PUA was served as the base resin.A series of crosslinked composites were synthesized by free radical polymerization of PUA prepolymers with methy methacrylate (MMA).The afforded PMMA-PU composites were characterized by FT-IR,XRD,SEM and mechanical measurements.Results showed that there existed phase separation in PMMA-PU composites and thus phase separations was increased with MMA contents increasing.The tensile strength of PMMA-PU increased with MMA contents increasing,while the elongation at break decreasing.
