摘要

研究了壳聚糖(CS)、丝胶(SS)及壳聚糖/丝胶(CS/SS)对再生纸(废旧餐巾纸)机械性能的影响。研究表明,当CS/SS质量比为4∶6,在再生纸浆(RP)中含量为6%时,CS与RP及SS之间的相互作用力最大,RP/CS/SS再生纸的抗张指数、撕裂指数及耐折度达到最大值。SS的加入可以提高纸张柔韧性。SEM测试表明,通过CS与纸张纤维及SS的相互作用,CS/SS在再生纸纤维上均匀分布,没有发生自聚集现象,并且RP/CS/SS纸张的紧密度有所提高。

Abstract

The effect of chitosan (CS),fibroin (SS) and chitosan-fibroin on the physical properties of recycled paper (RP) was studied.According to mechanical properties of blend system,the interaction force of RP/CS/SS reached the maximum at the load of 6% and mass ratio of 4∶6,and the tensile index,tear index and folding endurance of RP/CS/SS blend also got the maximum.Moreover,the addition of SS largely improved the softness of RP.The analysis of SEM measurement showed that the faction of CS/SS was homogeneously distributed over the fiber organization of RP by the interaction among CS,RP and SS.The accumulation of incompatible component was not observed on the blend process,and the density of RP/CS/SS was relatively reinforced.
