摘要

用水热法合成了镱离子(Yb3+)/铒离子(Er3+)分别共掺杂钨酸钆银(AGWO)、钼酸钆银(AGMO),分别制得钨酸钆银∶镱/铒(AGWO∶Yb3+/Er3+)上转换发光材料、钼酸钆银∶镱/铒(AGMO∶Yb3+/Er3+)上转换发光材料,采用X-射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)以及荧光光谱仪对合成样品的结构特征、表面形貌以及发光性能进行了表征。研究结果表明:在不同浓度Yb3+和Er3+共掺条件下,所得粉体样品的物相分别与AGWO、AGMO基质物相一致;随着合成条件的变化,样品具有不同的形貌:AGWO∶Yb3+/Er3+呈棒状、AGMO∶Yb3+/Er3+呈粒状;在980nm激光激发条件下,可以观测到波长位于525nm、550nm处的绿色发射光谱和波长位于660nm处的红色发射光谱,分别对应于Er3+2H11/24I15/2(525nm)、4S3/24I15/2(550nm)和 4F9/24I15/2(660nm)特征跃迁。通过对比可发现,在Yb3+/Er3+掺杂浓度相同的条件下,AGMO∶Yb3+/Er3+具有较强的发射强度。

Abstract

Ytterbium ion (Yb3+)/erbium ions (Er3+) co-doped tungsten acid gadolinium silver (AGWO) and molybdate acid gadolinium silver (AGMO) phosphors were prepared by hydrothermal synthesis method,respectively made of tungsten acid gadolinium silver∶ytterbium ion/erbium ions (AGWO∶Yb3+/Er3+) and molybdate acid gadolinium silver∶ytterbium ion/erbium ions (AGMO∶Yb3+/Er3+) up-conversion luminescence materials.Structures of which were measured by X-ray powder diffraction (XRD),the surface morphology of phosphors were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM),and the up-conversion luminescent properties of phosphors were characterized by Hitachi F-4600 fluorescence spectrometer (pumped by 980nm laser diode).The results showed that with different co-doped concentrations of Yb3+ and Er3+,the structure of phosphors were consistent to AGWO and AGMO.Along with the change of synthetic conditions,phosphors showed different morphology: AGWO∶Yb3+/Er3+ was present rod,AGMO∶Yb3+/Er3+ was present granular.Under 980nm excitation,green and red emissions centered at 525,550 and 660nm were observed,which are ascribed to 2H11/24I15/2 (525nm),4S3/24I15/2 (550nm) and 4F9/24I15/2 (660nm) transition of Er3+.Through the contrast to phosphors can be found,when Yb3+ and Er3+ co-doped concentration ratio was the same,AGMO∶Yb3+/Er3+ showed stronger emission intensity.
