摘要
硫脲改性后的壳聚糖(TCS)为印迹单体,氧化石墨烯(GO)为载体,铜离子(Cu2+)为模板,在环氧氯丙烷为交联作用下,制备出一种具有Cu2+印迹的GO/TCS微球(IM-GO/TCS)。研究结果表明:当吸附剂IM-GO/TCS用量为0.5g/L,pH=6,温度35℃,Cu2+初始浓度为100mg/L,吸附时间为120min条件下,IM-GO/TCS对Cu2+的吸附量达到146.105mg/g,对Cu2+的选择系数达到9.745,相对分离比达到12.558。
Abstract
The cupric ionic imprinted polymer material (IM-GO/TCS) was prepared by polymerization in emulsion used modified chitosan as the functional monomer,the graphene oxide(GO) as support and Cu2+ as template ionic.The results exhibited that the optimum adsorption condition was the absorbent dose of 0.5g/L,the solution pH of 6,Cu2+ initial concentration of 100mg/L and the adsorption time of 120min.Cu2+ adsorption capacity of IM-GO/TCS was 146.105mg/g.The selectivity coefficient and relative separation ratio were 9.745 and 12.558 respectively.
