摘要
为了扩大聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(PUA)的应用领域,在赋予其功能性的同时改善其柔软性,以异氟尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、3种分子量的聚四氢呋喃二醇(PTMG650、PTMG1000和PTMG2000)以及丙烯酸羟乙酯(HEA)为原料合成了3种聚氨酯丙烯酸酯(PUA)。采用红外光谱及差示扫描量热法对这3种PUA及其膜的微观结构进行研究,并对PUA膜进行了柔软性、力学性能及疏水性能测试。结果发现:随着PTMG分子量的增加,PUA膜的玻璃化转变温度逐渐降低,PUA膜的柔软性变好,断裂伸长率增加,但他们的疏水性能并没有差异,均能达到疏水的效果。
Abstract
In order to improve the softness of PUA film,three different polyether polyurethane acrylate were prepared by using isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI),three kinds of polytetramethylene glycol (PTMG650,PTMG1000,PTMG2000) and hydroxyethyl acrylate.The microstructure of PUA and PUA films were characterized by using FT-IR and DSC.The properties of PUA films were analyzed,including soft performance,hydrophobic property and mechanical property.The results indicated that the glass transition temperature shifted to a lower temperature and the flexibility became better as the molecular weight of PTMG increased.The elongation at break increased with increasing the molecular weight of PTMG from 650 to 2000.There were no difference between three films about the hydrophobic property.
