摘要
使用超声波细胞粉碎机将纳米陶瓷粉按照不同比例添加到环氧树脂体系中,制备了纳米陶瓷粉/环氧树脂复合材料,研究了纳米陶瓷粉对复合材料硬度及力学性能的影响。使用扫描电子显微镜、巴氏硬度仪、万能试验机表征和分析了纳米陶瓷粉/环氧树脂复合材料的断面形貌、硬度及力学性能。结果表明,纳米陶瓷粉对环氧树脂有增强增韧的效果,当纳米陶瓷粉添加量为15%时,复合材料的力学性能提高,硬度增加。
Abstract
The nano-ceramic powders were added into the epoxy resin system by ultrasonic cell pulverizer,and the epoxy resin composite was prepared to study the effect of nano-ceramic powders on the hardness and mechanical properties.The morphology,hardness and mechanical properties of composites were analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM),pasteurizer and universal testing machine.Nano-ceramic powders enhanced the effect of epoxy resin,the toughening,mechanical properties,hardness were increased.When adding nano-ceramic powders to the amount of 15%,the best results were obtained.
