采用对苯二甲酸(PTA)法即直接酯化法实现了聚醚酯弹性体的中试合成,在210~240℃缩聚反应得到一系列的聚醚酯产品。经过测试发现,聚醚酯中试产品具有较好的拉伸强度和弹性,并且热稳定性好,具有很好的工业化生产前景。
In pilot scale,the direct esterification synthesis of polyether ester was achieved using PTA,the polycondensation of polyether ester products were obtained at 210~240℃.The tests showed that the polyether esters had good performances in terms of the tensile strength,the elongation at break and thermal stability.So the polyether ester in pilot scale maintained the potential for the industrial production.
