采用水热法合成了碘氧化铋(BiOI)光催化剂,并对其进行了表征。X射线衍射、漫反射光谱表征结果显示,BiOI的禁带宽度为1.83eV。以偶氮染料亚甲基蓝为目标污染物,进行可见光光降解性能测试。研究表明,可见光照射300min后,0.1g的BiOI对100mL质量浓度为10mg/L亚甲基蓝溶液的降解率可达90%。BiOI样品的回收循环实验显示,经过4次循环,样品对亚甲基蓝的降解率为87%,说明BiOI光催化剂的稳定性较好。
The pure BiOI photocatalyst was synthesized by hydrothermal method.The physical and photophysical properties were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and UV-visible diffuse reflectance spectra (DRS).The result of DRS showed that the band gap of bismuth oxyiodide wes 1.83eV.Photocatalytical activity under visible light irradiation was evaluated using the methylene blue (MB) dye as a model.The result showed that the discoloration rate of MB can reach 90%,under the optimal conditions:initial MB concentration was 10mg/L,BiOI was 0.1g/100mL,and 300min visible lights irradiation.No significant loss of activity was found in four successive runs and the removal of MB remained higher than 85% in each cycle,testifying that the as-prepared catalyst was stable during the photodegradation of MB.
