八苯基环四硅氧烷用量对苯基乙烯基硅油性能的影响研究

摘要

采用不同配合比的八苯基环四硅氧烷(P4)与乙烯基硅油反应合成苯基乙烯基硅油。研究苯基的引入对乙烯基硅油的紫外吸光度、黏度、折光率、热稳定性的影响。实验结果表明,当八苯基环四硅氧烷用量仅为15%(wt,质量分数)时,合成的苯基乙烯基硅油黏度与折光率增大,热稳定性增强;且八苯基环四硅氧烷添加量越高,对性能影响越显著。当八苯基环四硅氧烷用量达到50%(wt,质量分数)时,合成的苯基乙烯基硅油黏度增大到8000MPa·S、折光率增大到1.5035,热稳定性显著增强。

Abstract

Used different content of octaphenylcyclotetrasiloxane with vinyl silicone oil,a series of phenyl vinyl silicone oil with different content of phenyl were synthesized.the effect of phenyl on UV absorption,viscosity,refractive index and thermostability were studied.The results showed that the viscosity and refractive index increased and the thermostability was strengthened when phenyl vinyl silicone oil was synthesized with 15% octaphenylcyclotetrasiloxane.Besides,the higher content of octaphenylcyclotetrasiloxane,the more obvious of effect.The viscosity of phenyl vinyl silicone oil increased to 8000MPa·S,the refractive index increased to 1.5035 and the thermosatability was obviously stengthed,when the content of octaphenylcyclotetrasiloxane reached to 50%.
