摘要

L-赖氨酸(L-Lys)、Zn-Al水滑石(LDH)、蒙脱石(MMT)为原料制备了一种层状复合物(L-Lys-LDH-MMT),讨论了超声复合、搅拌复合以及原位合成3种工艺对材料结构的影响。X射线衍射分析表明,利用上述3种工艺制备的L-Lys-LDH-MMT均出现了MMT及LDH的特征衍射峰,原位合成法制备的复合物中MMT的特征衍射峰较弱。扫描电镜和透射电镜分析表明,通过超声复合和搅拌复合制备的复合物均具有层状结构。热重分析表明,与超声复合法相比,搅拌复合法制备的L-Lys-LDH-MMT热稳定性较好,且总失重率低于前体L-Lys-LDH及L-Lys-MMT。

Abstract

A kind of layered complex (L-Lys-LDH-MMT) based on layered double hydroxides (LDH),montmorillonite (MMT) nanosheets and L-Lysine (L-Lys) was fabricated.Three different synthesis methods:ultrasonic,stir and in-situ synthesis were discussed.XRD pattern showed that the characteristic diffraction peak of MMT and LDH appeared in L-Lys-LDH-MMT synthesized by ultrasonic,stir and in-situ synthesis.However,MMT characteristic diffraction peak of complex prepared by in-situ synthesis was weak.SEM and TEM showed that the complexes prepared by ultrasonic and stirring self-assembly had layered structure.TG showed that the thermal stability of L-Lys-LDH-MMT from stir method was better than that from ultrasonic complex method,and its total weight loss rate was lower than the precursors L-Lys-LDH and L-Lys-MMT.
