粉煤灰微珠(FACs)中空且尺寸较大,很容易分散在溶液中。筛选出粒径小于84μm的FACs,通过活化提高其活性。采用溶胶-凝胶法、均匀沉淀法、溶剂热法、原位水解法和超声法制得粉煤灰微珠担载氮掺杂TiO2(N-TiO2/FACs)光催化剂。采用SEM、XRD、FT-IR和UV-Vis、DRS对催化剂表征。研究N-TiO2/FACs对甲基橙的降解活性,结果表明:原位水解法制得的N-TiO2/FACs活性最高,光照180min降解率达61%。在重复利用6次之后,降解率仍能达到53.2%,表现出良好的稳定性,且易分离、回收。
The fly ash cenospheres (FACs) has hollow structure and large size,which can be easily dispersed in solution.The particle with size under 84μm were selected and increased its activity by activation.Then modified FACs was used as carrier to prepare N-TiO2/FACs by sol-gel method,homogeneous precipitation method,solvent thermal method,in-situ hydrolysis method and ultrasonic method,respectively.The catalysts were characterized by SEM,XRD,FT-IR and UV-Vis DRS.Finally,using methyl orange to explore the photocatalytic property.It was found that N-TiO2/FACs-i had the highest activity.The degradation rate of it was 61% after 180min illumination.After six recycles,the degradation rate of methyl orange was still 53.2%,indicating the good recycling property.
