摘要

通过溶胶-凝胶法,以正硅酸乙酯和钛酸丁酯为前驱体,并改变正硅酸乙酯和钛酸丁酯的用量制备出均匀性良好的SiO2-TiO2纳米复合薄膜。对这种SiO2-TiO2纳米薄膜进行X射线衍射、红外光谱、热重、差热及X射线光电子能谱等性能分析。结果表明:SiO2-TiO2复合薄膜组成元素为C、O、N、Ti和Si等,红外光谱和热分析确定了薄膜样品中含有的有机基团,主要为—CH2—、—CH2、—CH3和—CH等,其中已经不含明显的Si—O键,主要是Ti—O—S键。

Abstract

A novel sol-gel method was developed to prepare superhydrophilic SiO2-TiO2 composite film with good characteristic of homogeneity using Ti(OC4H9) 4 and Si(OC2H5)4 as precursors,changing the dosage of Si(OC2H5)4 and Ti(OC4H9)4.The property of film was characterized by XRD,FT-IR,TG/DTA and XPS,and the formation mechanism of superhydrophilicity was discussed.The results showed that the construct element of film was C,O,N,Ti and Si.FT-IR and TG-DTA analysis indicated that the resultant sample contained various organic groups,such as —CH2—,—CH2,—CH3 and —CH,the film already not contained apparent Si—O bond,Ti—O—Si bond was to play a major role.
