碳纳米管具有机械强度高、化学稳定性好以及优异的导电性和电磁屏蔽性等特点。概述了碳纳米管制备工艺及碳纳米管功能涂料最新进展和研究现状,详细介绍了碳纳米管导电防腐涂料、碳纳米管导静电涂料、碳纳米管电磁屏蔽复合涂料以及碳纳米管吸波涂料的应用及特性,在此基础上指出了碳纳米管功能涂料目前存在的问题,并对其未来发展前景进行了展望。
Carbon nanotubes have characteristics of high mechanical strength,good chemical stability,and excellent conductivity and electromagnetic screen.The preparation of carbon nanotube and the latest progress and research status of conductive coating wre described.The applications and property of conductive anti-corrosion coating,electrostatic conductive coating,electromagnetic shielding coating and antiradar coating based on carbon nanotube were presented in detail.Based on this,the existing problems and the prospect of carbon nanotube functional coating were also discussed.
