从纤维素溶液质量、制备稳定性、纤维性能、生产经济性等角度出发,结合激光粒度仪、偏光显微镜、旋转流变仪、离子色谱、纤维强伸度仪等结果分析,对纤维素的不同溶胀工艺进行了研究。结果表明:新型Lyocell纤维生产用的纤维素溶胀工艺不仅溶胀效果好,利于溶液的均匀高质量制备,而且制备流程简单化、节能化、安全化、低成本,更适用于高效低耗工业化生产。
The difference of two swelling processes of cellulose on the property of cellulose solution,the preparation stability,the property of fibers and economy perspective were studied.Laser particle size analyzer,polarizing microscope,Rheometer,ion chromatography,tensile and fineness tester of fibre were used to investigate the differences.The results indicated that the new swelling process showed advantages in not only the swelling effect and high quality of solution,but also the energy saving,safety,low cost and simplifying the preparation.The new swelling process which was high efficiency and low energy consumption was more suitable for the industrial production.
