摘要

为改善油松木粉与不饱和聚酯树脂(UPR)的界面相容性,采用氢氧化钠处理、偶联剂处理、接枝改性和包覆处理方法对油松木粉进行改性,对改性木粉/UPR复合材料进行冲击和拉伸性能测试;通过观察试样冲击断口形貌,判断两相界面相容性情况。结果表明:木粉经接枝改性后增韧效果最佳,复合材料的冲击强度提高了148.3%;包覆处理后增强效果最佳,复合材料的拉伸强度提高了17.4%。同时碱处理、偶联剂处理和包覆处理能不同程度地提高复合材料的拉伸和冲击性能。接枝改性能大幅提高复合材料的冲击性能,但对拉伸性能提高不明显甚至下降。通过观察试样冲击断口,改性后油松木粉与UPR的界面相容性得到明显改善。

Abstract

In order to improve the interface compatibility of Chinese Pine wood flour and unsaturated polyester resin (UPR),the wood flour was modified by alkali treatment,coupling agent,graft modification and coating.The interface compatibility was judged through observation of impact fracture surface morphology by scanning electron microscopy.The results showed that the impact property of composite with modified wood flour by graft was the best,the impact strength was increased by 148.3%.After the coating treatment,the tensile property was the best,improved by 17.4%.Simultaneously,alkali treatment,coupling agent and coating treatment can improve the tensile and impact properties in different degree,and the impact property of wood flour modified by graft was improved dramatically,improvement of tensile performance was not obvious or even declined.Through observation of impact fracture surface morphology by scanning electron microscopy,the compatibility after modification was improved and the interface was improved significantly.
