摘要
对壳牌煤气化工艺中存在的问题进行了探讨,对合成气冷却器积灰情况进行了分析并提出了解决措施,对原煤的灰熔点、灰黏度进行了分析总结;结合实际运行经验分析了渣口堵渣的原因及其解决措施;对壳牌煤气化污水处理工艺进行改进,解决了汽提塔堵塞的问题。
Abstract
The problems existing in the process of Shell coal gasification technology were discussed,analyzed the situation of ash deposition of synthetic gas cooler and put forward the solutions.The analysis and summary of the ash melting point and viscosity of the raw coal were carried out.Based on the practical operation experience,the reasons and solving measures of slag plugging were analyzed.Shell coal gasification wastewater treatment process was improved to solve the blocking problem of improved stripper.
