摘要

根据我国高铁维修天窗要求,结合CRTSⅠ型板式无砟轨道砂浆层力学性能特点,以环氧树脂改性甲基丙烯酸甲酯为原料,开展砂浆层缝隙修复灌浆材料研究。采用甲基丙烯酸丁酯稀释,利用填料克服甲基丙烯酸酯类材料的体积收缩问题,制备能够满足CRTSⅠ型板式无砟轨道砂浆层缝隙修复的灌浆材料。结果表明:在5~35℃温度范围内,灌浆材料的黏度、粘接强度、抗压强度和弹性模量等力学数据稳定,黏度小于100mPa·s,粘接强度大于3.0MPa,弹性模量在100~300MPa之间。灌浆材料现场应用发现砂浆层病害问题得到解决,轨道结构数据明显改善。

Abstract

According to the requirement of China high-speed rail repair and the property of mortar layer for CRTSⅠslab ballastless track,epoxy resin modified methyl methacrylate used as raw material,grouting material was researched to repair mortar layer cracks.Using butylmethacrylate in dilution and the filler was used to overcome the problem of volume shrinkage of methacrylate material,grouting material was prepared to meet mortar layer cracks of CRTSⅠslab ballastless track.The results showed that in 5~35℃ temperature range,the material property such as viscosity,adhesion strength,compressive strength and elastic modulus etc.were stability.The viscosity was less than 100mPa·s,the adhesive strength was higher than 3.0MPa,the elastic modulus was between 100 and 300MPa.When the grouting material was applied on the line,the problem of mortar layer was solved and the track structure data was improved obviously.
