摘要

目前,样品前处理技术的进展一直缓慢,是制约复杂基质中痕量分析物测定的瓶颈,高灵敏性、高选择性和简便实用的样品前处理新方法的研究日益受到重视。运用分子印迹技术制备的固相微萃取材料具备的分子识别和高效萃取能力,在样品前处理中的应用展现出良好的前景。综述了分子印迹固相微萃取纤维材料的类型及制备方法,并对其制备方法的发展前景做出了展望。

Abstract

At present,compared to analytical instruments,the development of sample pretreatment technology has been slow,and it is considered the bottleneck in the determination of trace analyte in complex matrices,and high sensitivity,high selectivity,simple and practical new sample pretreatment methods are increasingly valued.The solid phase microextraction material prepared by molecular imprinting have molecular recognition and high efficiency extraction ability,and their application in sample pretreatment shows good prospects.The types and preparation methods of molecularly imprinted solid phase microextraction fiber materials were reviewed,and the prospect of preparation method was prospected.
