摘要

采用水热合成法制备了负载Ag的TiO2纳米颗粒包覆的CaCO3复合纳米催化剂(Ag/TiO2/CaCO3),使用场发射扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪和X射线光电子能谱仪对样品的结构形态和成分进行表征。将制备的Ag/TiO2/CaCO3复合纳米催化剂添加到再造烟叶中制成卷烟进行烟气分析,考察其对再造烟叶烟气中8种挥发性羰基化合物含量的影响。结果表明:将Ag/TiO2/CaCO3纳米催化剂均匀喷涂于再造烟叶表面,添加量为2%时,能有效降低挥发性羰基化合物的释放量。

Abstract

Ag loaded TiO2 nanoparticles coated CaCO3(Ag/TiO2/CaCO3)nanometer catalyst was synthesized by the hydrothermal synthesis method.It was characterized by SEM,XRD and XPS.The catalyst was added to reconstituted tobacco and the corresponding influence on the content of carbonyl compounds in reconstituted tobacco smoke was studied.The results showed that by sprayed 2% catalyst (wt%) evenly on reconstituted tobacco surface the carbonyl compounds release was reduced effectively.
