摘要
以司班80为添加剂,采用浸渍/旋转涂膜法在石英玻璃片上制备一系列铒(Er3+)/TiO2多孔薄膜(Er3+-TiO2),考察了司班80含量对薄膜结构及性质的影响,并通过扫描电镜、氮气吸附-脱附、X-射线衍射对薄膜的结构进行表征,并由甲基橙溶液的光催化降解反应评价其光催化性能。结果表明:当溶胶中司班80的添加量为0.3%(wt,质量分数),制得的Er3+-TiO2薄膜,在模拟可见光,7.8mg/L甲基橙溶液,光照6h条件下,对甲基橙光催化降解率可达到55.23%。
Abstract
A series of erbium/nano-titanium dioxide porous films (Er3+-TiO2) were prepared on a quartz glass plate by impregnation/spin coating method using span 80 (Sorbitan monooleate) as an additive.The effect of span 80 content on the structure and property of film were investigated.The structure was characterized by scanning electron microscopy,nitrogen adsorption-desorption and X-ray diffraction.The photocatalytic activity for the methyl orange solution was used to evaluate photocatalytic degradation of film.The results showed that Er3+-TiO2 thin film was prepared with the content of span 80 in the sol was 0.3wt%.The photocatalytic degradation rate of TiO2 film for methyl orange can reach 55.23%,under the conditions of simulated visible light,7.8mg/L methyl orange solution and light irradiation 6h.
