摘要

将具有不同烷基链长度的丙烯酸酯单体与亲水性单体丙烯酸以固定的摩尔配比接枝到天然羽毛蛋白的分子链上,制备出一系列具有不同接枝支链结构的羽毛蛋白-丙烯酸-丙烯酸酯接枝共聚物。以接枝羽毛蛋白对聚酯纤维的粘合力与粘合功为主要量化指标,探索丙烯酸酯单体的烷基链长度对接枝羽毛蛋白与聚酯纤维粘合性能的影响。结果表明,随着丙烯酸酯单体烷基链长度的增大,接枝羽毛蛋白对聚酯纤维的粘合性能先有所降低,当烷基增长至异辛基时未再出现显著变化。

Abstract

A series of feather keratin-g-poly (acrylic acid-co-acrylate) with different grafted branch structures were prepared used grafting acrylate monomers with various alkyl chain lengths and hydrophilic monomer-acrylic acid onto molecular chains of native feather keratin.The feed molar ratio of acrylic acid/acrylate was constant during the preparation.Influence of alkyl chain length of acrylate monomers on adhesion of feather keratin-g-poly(acrylic acid-co-acrylate) to polyester fibers was surveyed in terms of adhesion strength & work of the grafted feather keratin to polyester fibers.The results showed that with increasing the alkyl chain length,the adhesion of grafted feather keratin to polyester fibers initially decreased and exhibited no more marked changes when the alkyl group was lengthened to isooctyl.
