采用溶液相转化法制备聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)分离膜,然后用多巴胺(DA)水溶液对分离膜进行表面改性,再用聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)对膜表面进行接枝改性。采用场发射扫描电镜、红外光谱、X射线光电子能谱和电感耦合等离子体发射光谱等方法研究了膜的结构、官能团变化和离子吸附性能。结果表明:改性膜和纯PVDF膜相比,亲水性能有了较大提高,改性膜对Cu2+有一定吸附作用,吸附过程符合Freundlich等温模型和准二级动力学模型。
Prepared PVDF membrane by solution phase inversion,then used dopamine(DA) to make surface modification of PVDF membrane,last membrane surface was grafted by polyethyleneimine(PEI).Field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM),FT-IR,XPS and ICP was used to research the structure and functional group changes of membrane.The results showed that modified membrane was more hydrophilic than unmodified membrane.The modified membrane exhibited a good adsorption ability to Cu2+ in water.Adsorption process can be matched with freundlich model and pseudo second order model.
