木塑复合材料作为一种资源循环型、绿色环保型材料,由于具有较好的尺寸稳定性、耐酸耐碱、耐用、易加工成型、维护成本低以及可二次利用等优良特性,在当今社会已经得到广泛应用。但木塑复合材料力学强度较木材而言仍存在一定差距,力学性能偏低、韧性差、不能满足结构部件的使用要求,这些因素制约了木塑复合材料的发展。因此,提高木塑复合材料的力学性能成为研究热点。对国内外改性增强木塑复合材料方法进行了综述,对木塑材料的发展进行了展望。
Wood-plastic composites known as a recyclable resources and environment-friendly materials has been widely used by the society in terms of dimensional stability,acid and alkali resistance,durability,easy processing and molding,low costs maintenance as well as the possibility for secondary use.However,wood-plastic composites remains the weaker mechanic strength compared to the real wood.Furthermore,those factors such as,low mechanic performance,less tenacity,and also fail to accomplish the requirements of structural components for using,limited the development of composites.Therefore,the topic for improving the mechanic properties of wood-plastic composites has become the top focus for the research.The modification and reinforcement method both domestic and abroad,as well as the prospection for the development of wood-plastic materials were described.
