摘要

合成了卤胺抗菌剂3-(3′-丙烯酸丙酯)-5,5-二甲基海因(APDMH),以偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为引发剂,和乙酸乙烯酯(VAc)共聚合成了3-(3′-丙烯酸丙酯)-5,5-二甲基海因-乙酸乙烯酯聚合物[P(APDMH-co-VAc)]并通过浸渍工艺整理到丙纶无纺布上,研究了合成单体比例及浸渍溶液浓度对丙纶织物含氯量的影响。采用红外光谱、扫描电镜和热重测试对整理后丙纶无纺布的表面形貌及性能进行表征。抗菌测试表明,改性后的丙纶在与细菌接触到30min内,即可杀死100%的金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌,抗菌性能优异。

Abstract

N-halamine antibacterial agent 3-(3′-acrylate propyl)-5,5-dimethylhydantoin (APDMH) was synthesized and copolymer of 3-(3′-acrylate propyl)-5,5-dimethylhydantoin and vinyl acetate [P(APDMH-co-VAc)] was synthesized with 2,2-Azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN) as the initiator.The copolymer was coated on polypropylene (PP) nonwoven fabric by impregnation process.The influence of mole ratio of vinyl acetate to 3-(3′-acrylate propyl)-5,5-dimethylhydantoin and the copolymer concentration were studied.The surface morphology,characterization of modified PP were measured by SEM,FT-IR and TGA.The results of antibacterial test showed that with contact time of 30min,the chlorinated sample could inactivate 100% of S.aureus and E.coli O157∶H7,which demonstrated chlorinated PP had excellent antibacterial property.
