光转换剂/Sr4Al14O25红色荧光粉的制备与表征

摘要

采用硅烷偶联剂将一种氧蒽结构的光转换剂结合到Sr4Al14O25∶Eu2+,Dy3+荧光粉表面,铝酸锶能够储存光能并发出蓝绿光,光转换剂将铝酸锶发出的蓝绿光转换成红光,因此得到光转换剂/铝酸锶红色发光材料。利用扫描电镜、分光光度计、余辉亮度仪和辐射光谱分析仪对红色荧光粉的形貌和发光性能进行了分析与表征。结果表明:光转换剂成功地结合在Sr4Al14O25的表面,当光转换剂浓度为5%,硅烷偶联剂浓度为1.25%时,红色荧光粉有301、350和539nm 3个激发峰,主发射峰位于601nm,此时所制样品的初始余辉为0.7084cd/m2,色坐标为(0.5925,0.3605),色纯度为0.9095;探究了光转换剂和偶联剂浓度对样品发光性能的影响,当光转换剂浓度为5%,硅烷偶联剂浓度为1.25%时,样品既能保证较高的色纯度也具有优异的余辉性能。

Abstract

To improve the luminescent property of red phosphors,light conversion agent were bonded to the surface of Sr4Al14O25∶Eu2+,Dy3+ by silane coupling agent.The light conversion agent was a kind of oxygen anthracene derivative.The blue light emission from Sr4Al14O25∶Eu2+,Dy3+ converted into the red light by the light conversion agent,the light conversion agent/strontium aluminate red phosphor were made and the processing was optimized.The microstructure,colorimetric parameters,excitation and emission spectra of samples were tested and characterized by scanning electron microscopy,fluorescent spectrophotometer,fluorescent material persistence characteristic tester and spectrum analyzer.The results showed that the light conversion agent was combined into the surface of Sr4Al14O25 successfully,there were three excitation peak of 301nm,350nm and 539nm,and the emission peak of red phosphors was 601nm.The initial afterglow brightness of sample was 0.7084cd/m2,the color purity was 0.9095,red light emitted from the red phosphors with the CIE coordinates of (0.5925,0.3605).The red phosphors had favorable fluorescence when the concentration of light conversion agent was 5% (mas%),and the concentration of silane coupling agent was 1.25%(mas%).
