摘要
以全氟聚醚酰氟为原料,水解制成全氟聚醚羧酸,再将全氟聚醚羧酸进一步氨化成全氟聚醚酰胺。利用非离子表面活性剂等将其乳化,制得水性有机氟乳液型脱模剂。通过改变水性乳液中各组分含量提高脱模剂的脱模性能及稳定性能,并进行了红外光谱分析、表面接触角的分析以及剥离试验等表征。结果表明:水性有机氟乳液型脱模剂的含量在3.5%,水性有机氟脱模剂的性能最好,涂覆的膜层能在25℃下28min内快速固化,脱模次数可达到20次以上,并多次脱模后其剥离力低于4.8N/cm。可用于树脂等制品的脱模。制备乳液时,乳化剂采用TO-7和TO-12比值为1∶7复配制备的有机氟乳液亲水亲油平衡(HLB)值达11.5,乳化时温度控制在68℃时制备的乳液最为稳定,放置2月后不会变性。
Abstract
Using perfluoropolyether acyl fluoride as raw material,the first of its hydrolysis made perfluoropolyether carboxylic acid,then perfluoropolyether carboxylic acid ammoniation further made perfluoropolyether amide.Then the organic fluorine water emulsion type release agent was made by using non-ionic surfactant emulsion.The release performance and stability of release agent were improved by changing the content of water emulsion,and the analysis of the infrared spectrum,the contact angle and the stripping test were carried out.Results showed that when the organic fluorine solid content of release agent was 3.5%,the release agent had the best performance.The coating film can be rapidly solidified within 28 min under 25℃,remolding number can reach more than 20 times,and many times after stripping the stripping force was smaller than 4.8N/cm.The release agent can be used for resin and other products stripping.Preparation of emulsion was,emulsifier used TO-7 combined with TO-12,the ratio of 1∶7 in emulsion,HLB value was 11.5,when the emulsification temperature was controlled at 68℃,the prepared emulsion reached the most stable for 2 months not degeneration.
