摘要

用3,3′,4,4′-二苯甲酮四甲酸二酐(BTDA)与两种二胺单体按照不同比例在极性溶剂中通过共聚制备出3种聚酰胺酸,并通过热酰亚胺化得到对应的聚酰亚胺。分别通过红外光谱、X射线衍射、差示量热和热重等手段对产物的结构官能团、结晶状态和热学性能等进行测试和表征。结果表明:实验制备出了聚酰胺酸且后期热酰亚胺化进行充分;合成的3种聚酰亚胺均为无定形态,它们均有较高的玻璃化转变温度和优异的的热稳定性,热分解温度都在500℃以上。通过对胶粘剂粘结性能影响因素的探讨,发现用1-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮(NMP)作为反应溶剂,反应体系固含量为25%的条件下充分反应12h,所得胶粘剂的粘结性能更佳。

Abstract

Three kinds of polyamic acid were prepared by using different proportion of benzophenone-3,3′,4,4′-tetracarboxylic dianhydride(BTDA) and two diamine monomer in polar solvent through copolycondensation and then the corresponding polyimide (PI) was got by heat treatment.Functional groups,crystalline state and thermal property were characterized by FT-IR,XRD,DSC and TGA respectively.The results showed that the polyamic acid were prepared and imided fully.The three kinds of PI showed amorphous state and had high glass transition temperature.Their thermal decomposition temperature were all above 500℃.The influence of solvent type,concentration of reactant and reaction time on adhesion properties of PI were discussed.Adhesive had excellent performance under the condition that NMP was used as reaction solvent,25% solid content in reaction system and the reaction time was 12h.
