摘要

采用硅溶胶与纯丙乳液复配,加入硅烷偶联剂改性纳米氧化锌,配以颜填料和助剂制得具有抗菌、抗老化性能的硅溶胶/纯丙乳液复合涂料。实验结果表明:制得的硅溶胶/纯丙乳液复合涂料对紫外线具有较好屏蔽作用,对300nm的紫外光的透光度低于10%,能延缓紫外光对涂层的破坏,延长涂层对建筑物外墙的保护寿命;对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌率分别达到67.5%和70.5%,具有较好的抗菌性能。

Abstract

Antibacterial and anti-aging composite coatings were prepared by mixing the silica sol and pure acrylic emulsion with physical blending by orthogonal experiment,the nano zinc oxide modified with silane coupling agent,the pigments,fillers and additives.The results revealed that the films showed the shielding effect for UV light,especially for 300nm UV light,the light transmittance was less than 10%,which can delay the damage of ultraviolet radiation to coating and prolonged the protective life of coating to exterior wall of building.And the films also showed better antibacterial properties,the inhibition rate of film were 67.5% and 70.5% for staphylococcus aurous and escherichia coli respectively.
